Chelmer Training was inspected by the Adult Learning Inspectorate in 2006. Our provision was described as follows:

 

"The overall effectiveness of the provision is outstanding. Chelmer Training's leadership and management are outstanding, as are its arrangements for equality of opportunity and quality improvement. Provision is outstanding in preparation for life and work."

 

We pride ourselves on our genuine quality of service delivered to all of our clients. This is borne out by the ethos of the whole team at Chelmer Training from our Managing Director through every staff member. This enabled us to achieve the ALI Grade 1 of 'Outstanding', we have also been awarded the learndirect 'Centre of the Year for London' three years out of the last four.

 

Chelmer Training is based in Romford and is a training and skills provider with an outstanding reputation. Chelmer training's ethos of 'Training for the Future' embraces staff and clients alike and makes for a thriving, vibrant environment in which to ensure everyone is able to reach their full potential.

We have recently opened a new office in Chelmsford, in which we are delivering all services under our Next Step contract.
